These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan for the purposes of these Terms).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If no mutually acceptable solution is reached within 【15 days】, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court in the location of MokaHR .
